Programmes

The Academy of Leadership and Executive Training (ALET) organizes both open enrolment and customized programmes.

Overview

Open enrolment programmes are the advertised programmes which invite nominees from all organizations to enrol and participate. These programmes are already structured by ALET to meet a broad range of capacity development needs for both the public and private sector as well as for civil society organizations.

Customized programmes are specifically tailored to address the peculiar training needs of particular institutions. Such programmes are tailor-made to provide precise solutions to staff’s capacity development needs. Customized programmes may be held at the client’s preferred time, date and venue. Attractive discounts are available depending on the number of participants and the number of programmes per organization.

Please Note: We also organise customised training programmes to address specific needs of organisations.
