The GIMPA Academy of Leadership and Executive Training (ALET) is the executive training wing of GIMPA. We offer an invaluable one-stop training opportunity for all levels of staff from new entrants to top level management across every sector in public, private and civil society organizations, especially those who seek to optimize their effectiveness and accelerate their impact and development by developing their capacity through training.
Our programmes are designed to enhance leadership skills, build a solid foundation in management and also sharpen the necessary technical skills and competencies required. They also offer the opportunity to connect participants to a global network of peers.
