At the Human Resource Department, it is our belief that quality employees are the most valuable resource in achieving the mission and vision of the Institute. It is the quality of our employees that continuously drive and sustain the image and business of the Institute. The Department deals with both strategic and operational activities. The strategic duties include the formulation and implementation of HR policies as well as the following:
- Recruitment, orientation, and placement of staff
- HR planning
- Performance appraisals and motivation of staff
- Training and development of staff
- Staff welfare, health, and safety issues
- Salary administration
